Membership Form

Welcome and thank you for joining our synagogue.

Please note, if you choose to make your dues payment in full by cash or check, you will receive a 4% discount. We also offer special first-year rates to young individuals and young families. Please call the office for more information.

Every family membership will be assessed a $100 security fee. Individual memberships will be assessed a $50 security fee. This fee may be added to your payment plan. It is added to the total below. 

All obligations must be completed by June 15, 2019, with the exception of Religious School tuition, which must be paid in full by April 30, 2019. A minimum payment of $180 for individuals or $360 for families with an agreed-upon recurring payment plan to pay the balance must be implemented by September 1, 2018. You may sign up for a recurring payment plan to pay your dues, security fee, and certain other financial obligations. If you do not pay your dues in full at the time of submitting this application, a recurring payment plan must be completed.  You must provide a credit or debit card.  Please see below for details.

No one will be refused to join our congregation for inability to pay dues in full.  Please let the office know if you would like our Dues Abatement representative to contact you. All information is kept confidential.

   Family $1780 - Includes children up to age 26
   Single Parent Family - $1290 Includes children up to age 26
   Senior Family - $1290 One member must be over age 70
   Senior Individual - $705 Over age 70
   Individual - $850
   Young Family - $630 Both members must be under age 35
   Young Individual - $330 Must be under age 35
   ASSOCIATE Family - $850 Includes children up to age 26
   ASSOCIATE Individual - $630

Associate households do not include admittance to High Holy Day services and require proof of belonging to another synagogue.
