Throughout the millennia, the Torah has been read by Jews, connecting them to their past, helping them live in the present, and guiding them toward the future. As a link in that unbroken chain, each week we, too, chant, teach, discuss, revere, protect, and celebrate the Torah. In order to ensure the continuation of both the legacy of Torah, as well as the continued existence of our kehilla kedosha, holy community, we must provide financial sustenance to support all that CSK offers.
To that end, we are excited to continue our Kemach Torah Campaign.
We invite you to participate by sponsoring a weekly parashah or multiple parshiyot throughout the year. For a $54.00 donation, you can sponsor the parashah of your choice. You can honor or memorialize your loved ones by:
♦ sponsoring the parashah of a Bar/Bat Mitzvah
♦ memorializing a Yahrzeit
♦ commemorating a birthday or a wedding
♦ celebrating an inspiring parashah
♦ connecting to your favorite parashah
♦ create your own reason!
There is no limit to the number of parshiyot that can be sponsored. If you find it difficult to choose, we are offering a special Nadiv sponsorship for $540.00 in which you will be able to sponsor the entire year.
CSK will recognize all of our generous donors in the weekly Kodesh Konnection and in the congregational announcements. Those who become Nadiv sponsors will be invited to an exclusive learning event with Rabbi Baum.
