Members have the opportunity to borrow a copy of the  Machzor Lev Shalem.

In order to borrow a copy of the  Machzor Lev Shalem, please complete the form below. Each book costs $50 to borrow.  When you come to pick up your book, please bring either cash or check (made out to Congregation Shaarei Kodesh). This is a HOLD DEPOSIT. The books will need to be returned to the office by 4:00pm, Monday, October 5th, 2020, at which time your cash or check will be returned to you. Please note that should the books not be returned by 4:00 pm, October 5th, 2020, we will deposit your cash or check and IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

Machzor Pick Up Schedule
Please note the following days and times when you can come by CSK to pick up your Machzor.

*If you are borrowing a book, please remember to bring $50 per book in either cash or check as your security deposit.

• Thursday, September 10, 10-4 pm and
• Tuesday, September 15, from 10-4 pm
