President’s Message

WELCOME TO CONGREGATION SHAAREI KODESH!

Dear Chaverim,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Shaarei Kodesh, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued commitment and support of CSK. Our Kehillah Kedoshah, our holy community, continues to be a home base for Jewish connection, comfort and resilience.

This year we continued to lean on one another as we prayed for the release of the Israeli captives, for the security of the State of Israel and for continued safety of Jews throughout the world. Through it all, CSK has remained a source of strength, light, and connection.

At CSK we relish the joys of connecting as we come together for Shabbat, holidays, programs, learning, religious school and youth group events. This year we welcomed new members and strengthened our relationships while engaging in a wide variety of spiritual, social, cultural and educational activities. We shared many smachot from B’nai Mitzvah to anniversaries, weddings, and births. We supported one another through times of stress and sorrow. In the coming year we will continue to offer a home for Jewish support and learning through meaningful, educational and engaging programming.

We endeavor to keep dues reasonable. Our dues this year have increased nominally. Membership dues represent less than half of CSK’s annual budget. CSK relies upon your generous support so that we can maintain the infrastructure to make our Kehillah Kedoshah a special place for us all. Please consider additional means of financial support for our CSK community through the various opportunities listed here.

As July begins our new fiscal year, your account has been automatically updated to reflect the 2025-26 Membership Dues and Safety & Security Fee. You may log into your account online to pay via credit card, ACH (please see the how-to video below) or to set up recurring payments. If you fall into the Chaverim, Vatikim or Cheitzi categories, you may take advantage of the 3% payment-in-full incentive for membership dues only, by paying in full by Monday, September 8, 2025. To provide additional support for CSK, please consider forgoing the 3% discount. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the office during office hours or you can call for assistance with ACH or credit card payments. No one will be refused membership to our congregation for an inability to pay dues. Please contact Kim Beame, our Executive Director, if you need financial assistance. All information is confidential.
