Please complete form below to make a reservation for our Passover Seder on Thursday, April 9, 2019 at 7:30 pm at Temple Beth Shalom in Century Village. Cost is $60.00 per adult (ages 13 and over), Children 6-12 are $36.00 each. No charge for children 5 and under. Household family cap is $200.00.  Please note, the festive meal will be served family style and one person from each table will serve as "host" to assist the other guests at the table.  RSVP deadline is Friday, April 3, 2020. We will not be able to accept late reservations!
