Members have the opportunity to borrow a copy of the  Machzor Lev Shalem.
This will be your copy for the 2021 High Holy Days. 
You will need to bring your copy with you if you come to an in-person service. 

In order to borrow a copy of the  Machzor Lev Shalem, please complete the form below. Each machzor requires a $50 DEPOSIT to borrow.  When you come to pick up your machzor, please bring either cash or check (made out to Congregation Shaarei Kodesh). This is a HOLD DEPOSIT. The books will need to be returned to the office by 4:00pm, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at which time your cash or check will be returned to you. Please note that should the books not be returned by 4:00 pm, October 6, 2021, we will deposit your cash or check and IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

Machzor Pick Up Schedule
Please note the following days and times when you can come by CSK to pick up your Machzor.

Please remember to bring $50 per book in either cash or check as your security deposit.
